Squid are used for human consumption with commercial fisheries in Japan, the Mediterranean, the southwestern Atlantic, the eastern Pacific and elsewhere.
The taste of squid ranges from mild to rubbery. If cooked over medium heat, squid tends to have a mild flavor similar to that of shrimp and lobster.
We have frozen squid fillet and Illex squid.
The sizes are classified into 200-300g, 300-400g and 400-600g.
